Infusion Pumps Warranty
All refurbished infusion pump sales, including the Baxter 6200,6201 and 6301 series and Heska 2.2 IV Pumps are backed by a full two-year warranty.
Used Equipment Warranty
All refurbished syringe pumps, water therapy pumps, mini IV pumps and fluid warmers are backed with a full one-year warranty that covers parts and labor. Normal wear and tear on certain items can also be included.
New Equipment Warranty
The warranty for new equipment varies, ensuring you can choose the most suitable option for your practice.
Limited Warranty on Accessories
With covered parts and labor, including normal wear and tear, you can have peace of mind knowing that your equipment is protected. Our limited warranty on accessories like drop sensors, power cords, patient cables, and lead wires further underscores our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Returns Policy
We stand behind the functionality and quality of our equipment.
0-60 Days
In the rare instance where a return is necessary, we offer a total cash back on all refurbished returns within 60 days of the shipping date, provided that the equipment is in functional condition and the original packaging (or equivalent) is utilized in the returned shipments.
60-120 Days
For returns between 60 and 120 days after shipment, customers will receive a credit, which can be applied to other purchases. However, the equipment must still be functional; any necessary repairs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Quality Preventative Maintenance Services
We value your equipment’s longevity and performance. Our preventative maintenance (PM) service ensures its ongoing reliability.
PM Service
The non-warranty PM service, priced at $95.00, includes functional tests, calibrations, battery capacity tests, safety tests, cleaning, and lubrication. While it does not cover additional repairs not under warranty, it provides an opportunity for proactive equipment maintenance.
